Problems are one thing which anyone and everyone faces all their life long. Problems can be related to anything. Just anything! A 3 year old is hungry and his mom is not around to feed him that could be his problem. Every teenage girl has a heart-break problem, not literally though. A newly graduated fresher has a job problem; a working person can have an increment or a promotion problem. A 50 year old may have retirement problems. Name them and they are there.
You also need to understand that no problem is big or small. Every problem has its importance according to its situation, a person’s age or gender, etc. so you can’t just neglect any issue which anyone is facing.
Have you ever wondered why we seem to have problems?
When we sense things are falling apart, we try to gather as much, as quickly as possible. But we do that only when we sense they are falling apart. Why do you think we realise our errors or wrong doings at the end of everything? Can it really be justified coherently?
Frankly I would say, or rather I don’t even need to say this, we know there is no point sulking on things after they have passed and have, like, Gone With The Wind. We always say better late than never. But have we ever reconsidered if it really helps? We can work on things when we have them in our hand. But once they start slipping away, no one can do anything. A glass once broken can never be joined again because even though we stick the broken parts it always shows the faded broken lines. It can never be used as it was before.
We say past is past, but our past makes us think in our present and improve our future. But how much ever true this might be, there comes a point when we have to let things go and understand that we do have a life left after all. It’s upon us to decide which thing affects how much to us. We can’t just keep drowning in the memories and effect of the so called past.
If you need help sorting your problems with your past, you need to talk. Rather not just past, any problem that you face isn’t going to be solved unless you talk it out. And instead of talking here and there, just open up to the concerned person. If nothing you’ll be satisfied that you at least gave it a try. Even seeing a shrink is one of the options.
My first question to you is do you think seeing a shrink (a psychiatrist) means you are MAD? If yes, then you definitely need to enlighten yourself. A shrink isn’t someone who will take your clothes off and give you electric shocks nor will he/she take you to a corner and redden your bum by beating you up with a baseball bat or something like that. Or if you think your friends or family will start maintaining distance from you just because you are seeing a shrink then that is their problem and not yours.
A shrink can only help you help yourself by helping you find out what your problems are, so that you can take care of them and sort your so called messed up life!
Anyways, that’s not what we are looking at right now, so, talking about problems, you really need to take a chill pill, RELAX, take time off for your own self to ponder upon things a little, take help if necessary and take the needed decision ASAP. ASAP because life waits for none, so you do need to move on and look forward to much bigger troubles and be ready for them. Follow this and you’ll feel life was Never Better!
Cheers to you, cheers to lyf…!
